Large-file transfer

Ask for the correct Dropbox link for your job.

Print.org.nz does not publish a permanent open upload destination. Contact the team, identify the quote or job, and receive or use the appropriate Dropbox link.

Artwork transfer process

  1. 01

    Contact the print team

Email or use the contact form with your name, organisation and the quote or job reference if one exists.

  2. 02

    Receive the appropriate link

The team will provide or confirm the Dropbox destination to use for that transfer.

  3. 03

    Label the files clearly

Use recognisable filenames and include a note identifying versions, fonts, linked files and any variable data.

  4. 04

    Wait for file confirmation

An upload is not the same as artwork approval. The team still needs to confirm receipt and suitability.

Before uploading

  • Package the approved artwork and required links
  • Remove obsolete or duplicate versions
